Our Social Compliance Policy

It includes the standards that we have established by working together with all our business partners, based on our basic principles and values.

Our target as "Besler Africa General Trading FZCO" is to ensure that the Social Compliance Policy becomes a corporate culture. Therefore, social compliance standards have been established and started to be implemented.

In addition to creating products and services with these social compliance standards, this policy undertakes to give employees all their rights arising from the standards within the framework of the laws, to comply with the rules of occupational health and safety, to be sensitive to the environment, to create a workplace where employees see an open and honest communication, respect and value.

Avoid unethical behaviors such as forced labor, discrimination, human trafficking and child abuse. The social compliance policy is announced to all our employees through trainings, our suppliers are informed and our suppliers are evaluated according to these criteria. Within the scope of this policy, no retaliation or punishment is applied to employees who raise their concerns, concerns and complaints, and Suggestion, Wishes and Complaints boxes are used to express these concerns and concerns.

Employees can post all kinds of opinions, requests, complaints and suggestions to the boxes and these are opened and evaluated by Human Resources and necessary improvement, corrective and preventive activities are carried out for areas open to improvement.
